Your information on Bosco is correct but much worse; however, I have talked to your panel of "experts" at the UN and they have a lot of things completely wrong. No one has any intentions of stopping Bosco or Kabila from continuing to defraud people or companies conducting legitimate business. The real story will come out soon. Trust me.
